Retail Branch & Transfer Manager
Job: Retail Branch & Transfer Manager
Salary: £28,200 (OTE £34,120) per annum, pro rata
Bonus: Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance
Hours and Work Pattern
- Shift pattern: 5 days on, 2 days off
- Weekly hours: 42.5 hours
- Includes weekend work

We are the UK’s favourite car-buying service and are experiencing rapid growth—opening new sites each month across over 500 branches.
We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate, honest, and service-driven individuals to join our team. Whether you previously worked with cars or not, we’ll train you thoroughly and provide extensive opportunities for growth within a market-leading brand.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive with WBAC, you will:
- Be the primary customer point of contact – focusing on both car sales and maintaining branch efficiency
- Prioritise your workload to book sales appointments and achieve key targets
- Conduct vehicle appraisals, negotiate deals, and deliver exceptional customer service
- Liaise with back-office teams and colleagues to ensure smooth operations
- Provide assistance to the transport team as needed, ensuring multi-role flexibility

Requirements
- Full UK manual driving licence (up-to-date)
- Experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Customer-focused with outstanding communication skills (face-to-face and on the phone)
- Ability to work independently (lone working) and thrive under pressure
- Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks
- Relationship-building ability to foster loyalty among clients
- Excellent administration and IT proficiency
