Brand Ambassador – Asda (Paid Role)
Join us as an Asda Brand Ambassador and earn £16.28/hour plus mileage while representing top brands in-store!
About the Role
Be part of engaging in-store events where you:
- Sample products to create buzz
- Engage with customers on flexible shifts (Thursdays–Sundays)
- Ideal for students and graduates seeking flexible paid work to complement studies
CPM is recruiting energetic, tech-savvy Brand Ambassadors to promote brands at Asda stores near Milton Keynes, UK (MK10), covering areas including Watford, Stevenage, Luton, Hatfield, and surroundings.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer in-store food sampling experiences to attract customers
- Host interactive events to showcase products effectively
- Act as the brand’s face, delivering friendly, engaging customer interactions
- Set up branded spaces (banners, digital displays, promotional gear)
- Use tech tools (QR codes, mobile apps, digital screens) to enhance activations
- Provide expert customer answers and encourage product trials
- Support smooth event execution and liaise with campaign leads as needed

About You
✔ A natural people-person, preferably with Brand Ambassador or promotional experience ✔ Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable speaking in public ✔ Tech-confident, familiar with smartphones, apps, and interactive promotion tools ✔ Flexible, professional, and proactive in resolutions ✔ Physically capable of setting up event kits (popups, light displays)
Job Details
- Pay Rate: £16.28/hour (includes holiday pay)
- Mileage Reimbursement: 0.32p per mile
- Working Hours: Flexible shifts (09:30–18:30) – Thursdays to Sundays
- Location: Asda stores across Milton Keynes, Watford, Stevenage, Luton, Hatfield, + surrounding areas
- Contract: Ongoing temporary (casual shifts as available)
- Pay Method: PAYE
