About the Role

CPM are looking for energetic and tech-savvy Brand Ambassadors to represent well-known household brands at vibrant in-store events in Asda locations near you.

Ideal location: Darlington, United Kingdom, DL1
Territory covering: Thornaby, Hartlepool, Stockton and surrounding areas

This is more than just an in-store food sampling role – it’s your chance to bring products to life, create memorable customer experiences, and leave a lasting brand impression.

What you'll be doing:

  • Offer in-store food sampling experiences to entice shoppers and showcase product quality first-hand.
  • Host interactive in-store events that excite shoppers and draw attention to amazing products.
  • Act as the face of the brand, delivering engaging and memorable customer interactions.
  • Set up branded spaces, including digital displays, banners, and promotional materials.
  • Use tech tools like QR codes, mobile apps, and digital screens to support and elevate activations.
  • Provide informed, confident answers to customer questions and encourage product trials.
  • Ensure smooth event execution and liaise with the campaign lead to resolve any hiccups.

About You:

  • A natural people-person with previous Brand Ambassador or promotional campaign experience
  • Energetic and outgoing – you love being in the spotlight and speaking with the public
  • Tech-confident – you're comfortable using smartphones, apps, and interactive tech in-store
  • Flexible, professional, and always ready to bring a positive vibe
  • Able to take the initiative and troubleshoot if needed
  • Physically capable of setting up event kits, including pop-ups and light gear

Job Details:

  • Rate: £16.28/hour (including holiday pay)
  • Mileage: All business mileage paid at 0.32ppm
  • Schedule: Thursday to Sunday (flexible shifts between 09:30–18:30)
  • Location: Covering Asda stores in your surrounding area (1 store/day)
  • Contract: Ongoing temporary work – pick up shifts that suit your schedule
  • Pay Type: PAYE
