Company Description

Yo K-Beauty is an independent retailer specialising in authentic Korean skincare and beauty products. Our mission is simple: to make Korean beauty easier.

Alongside our growing e-commerce business, we're opening an exciting temporary pop-up in Belfast city centre, creating a destination where customers can discover Korean skincare in person, receive personalised advice and experience our carefully curated product range.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about building brands, enjoys creating engaging customer experiences and wants to play an active role in the growth of a fast-moving independent business. This is a varied role where no two days are the same. One day you might be creating content for social media or planning a local collaboration; the next you could be helping customers find their perfect skincare routine or supporting an in-store event.

If you're enthusiastic, creative, proactive and excited by the opportunity to help build a growing brand, we'd love to hear from you.

Yo K-Beauty is an equal opportunities employer and we welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons.

Job Purpose

The Retail & Brand Executive will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience whilst supporting the continued growth of the Yo K-Beauty brand.

Working closely with the Director, the postholder will combine hands-on retail responsibilities with a broad range of brand-building and marketing activities, including content creation, social media, public relations, partnerships, events and community engagement.

Alongside helping customers discover products they love through personalised skincare advice, the Retail & Brand Executive will support the growth of both the Belfast pop-up and Yo K-Beauty's e-commerce business by increasing brand awareness, strengthening customer relationships and creating exceptional customer experiences both in store and online.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
