We are currently looking for a Retail Facilities and Building Manager. If you are a proactive, solution-focused individual who thrives from working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the right opportunity for you.
Role Responsibilities:
- Delivering project plans from inception to delivery.
- Oversee critical path management and operational set for new store launches.
- Managing tasks and deliverables supporting senior leaders.
- Overseeing budgets, risks and long‑term functional development.
- Managing design and consultant teams collaboratively.
- Managing teams and stakeholders to achieve KPIs.
- Networking and drive best‑practice adoption across programmes.
- Applying technical H&S expertise and promote an inclusive culture.
- Continuously drive operational efficiency and compliance.
- Administer the retail stores and office locations critical records ensuring that the ‘lights stay on’ and the business has a central and accessible record to ensure continued uninterrupted operations.
- Ensure Operations Manual, Best Practices and all Store Policies & Procedures are consistent, accurate and kept up to date.
- Ensure all stores and office are compliant with Company Operational Policies, inclusive of Health & Safety Procedures.

Facilities Manager Qualifications / Skills:
- Strong project management skills, including new store openings.
