Job Description
Responsible for the oversight of seven (7) or more retail facility operations within the Exchange environment. This includes managing multiple locations as defined by volume standards. The role ensures compliance with operational guidelines and actively supports initiatives aimed at enhancing retail operations and achieving profitability objectives. The grading of this position is not impacted by the volume of the facilities managed, as it is a non-volume-based position.

Job Qualifications
- Five (5) years of experience in retail management, including at least two (2) years in a band 4 management-level role, or equivalent industry level position within the past five (5) years.
- Bachelors degree and three (3) years in retail management in a band 4 management-level role, or equivalent industry level position within the past five (5) years.
Additional Qualifications/Requirements
- Work – Onsite (Lakenheath Exchange-Europe)
- PCS authorized for eligible associates. Relocation entitlements/allowances may vary.

Salary Minimum
$72,064.00
Major Duties
- Directly supervises retail facility managers to ensure maximization of sales and profitability.
- Monitors and provides guidance to facility managers regarding financials, inventory, sales promotions, personnel management, and personal development.
- May assist General Manager with local command and community relations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
