Retail Chef De Partie

Calling all Chef de Parties!

We’re looking for a Chef de Partie across staff dining. This role is perfect for a chef who thrives in a high-volume environment, enjoys working across multiple sections, and wants to be part of a fun, energetic, and supportive kitchen team.


What You'll Be Doing As a Chef de Partie

  • Managing your own section within a busy fresh-food kitchen
  • Preparing and cooking high-volume breakfast and lunch services
  • Supporting live cooking stations and rotating pop-up food concepts
  • Assisting with hospitality and event catering
  • Following recipes, specifications, and portion controls
  • Delivering consistently high standards of food quality during service
  • Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team across multiple sections
  • Supporting terrace BBQs and seasonal food activations when required
  • Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards at all times

What You’ll Need to Succeed as a Chef de Partie

  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in events, banqueting, production, or other high-volume kitchens
  • Strong fresh-food cooking skills
  • Confidence working in a busy, high-volume service environment
  • Experience following recipes and working to food cost controls
  • The ability to multitask and adapt across different kitchen sections
  • A positive, hands-on approach with excellent teamwork skills
  • The ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
  • A passion for modern food trends and interactive live cooking
