About The Role

In this fast-paced member-focused role, you’ll uncover needs quickly, match members with the right assistance and insurance solutions, and deliver the kind of service that keeps people coming back. Beyond sales and service, you’ll be part of a store that’s deeply connected to its local community. Our Retail teams don’t just help members at the counter, they support local events, lend a hand when things go wrong, and build relationships that last well beyond a single visit.
What You Can Expect
- $67,255.50 per hour + Super + 50% loading on Saturdays
- Fulltime, 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, and every second Saturday, 9:15am to 12:15pm with a rostered weekday off each fortnight.
About You
Experience is great, but not essential, sales experience in a previous role is desirable, we’ll give you all the training you need. What matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn.
