Concession Coordinator – Scotland & Newcastle
We are looking for a passionate Concession Coordinator to help continue driving Skinnydip forward! The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in a similar retail position. This role will cover a network of concessions in the Scotland Region as well as the Newcastle area. This is very much a hands-on role which requires you to travel across the UK to visit stores daily while managing stock, undertaking visual merchandising and liaising with the Head Office team.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Daily store visits across multiple locations
- Drive sales performance across your concession portfolio.
- Monitor weekly sales, KPIs and trading performance.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales through merchandising and stock optimisation.
- Produce weekly and monthly trading reports with actionable recommendations.
- Support new product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns through Visual Merchandising
- Ensure all concessions consistently reflect Skinnydip's VM standards.
- Complete stocktakes and provide feedback following store visits
- Monitor store deliveries and replenishment
- Plan and manage an effective schedule of store visits.
- Support concession openings, relocations and refits.
- Organise sale launches, markdowns and promotional activity.
- Build strong partnerships with Store Managers and retail teams within host retailers.
- Act as the key point of contact for concession-related queries.
- Provide coaching and guidance to in-store teams on merchandising and product knowledge.

- Previous experience within retail, concessions or visual merchandising.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Flexible to travel regularly throughout the UK.
This position is a 30 hour field based role with regular travel to concessions across the UK.
