Retail Crew
Retail Assistant – Cardiff (Finisterre)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Experience
- Create an engaging customer relationship through sharing genuine experience, personal interests, and a passion for adventure.
- Authentically communicate the unique value of Finisterre products by leveraging personal experience and technical knowledge.
- Maintain openness and honesty in all customer interactions, taking appropriate action to ensure high standards of service.
- Build a loyal customer base and foster positive relationships within the Finisterre community, acting as a community hub both in-store and externally through events.
Commercial
- Support the store’s commercial success by meeting sale targets and KPIs with enthusiasm and adaptability.
- Exceed customer expectations and maximise sales potential through effective management of multi-channel offerings.
- Ensure timely execution of store launches, promotions, and campaigns.
Operations
- Optimise conversion rates by adhering to visual merchandising and presentation guidelines.
- Uphold high security standards through service and floor awareness, ensuring all security protocols are followed.
- Comply with all health and safety policies at all times.
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
- Keep the shop floor fully stocked using efficient replenishment systems.
- Contribute to operational improvements by identifying and suggesting more efficient practices.

You bring:

- A positive, fun, and dynamic approach to all tasks.

- Flexibility to take on new tasks as needed.
- Previous experience in a customer-focused role.
- A strong understanding of exceptional customer service and retail operations.
Important: Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK. Finisterre is not able to sponsor overseas workers.
