Retail Customer Advisor – Three UK

Location

Compensation & Workspace

  • Salary: £13.72 per hour
  • Bonus: Up to 15% on-target bonus, paid monthly based on store performance
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week over 5 days (including weekends)

About the Role

As a Retail Customer Advisor at Three UK, you’ll be pivotal in creating unparalleled customer experiences. You’ll master our products, engage with customers meaningfully, and drive sales—turning every interaction into an opportunity for connection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Deliver meaningful, inspiring interactions that leave customers feeling valued, heard, and satisfied.

  • Service Excellence: Use your knowledge of Three’s innovative products to tailor and promote solutions. Aim to create exceptional experiences that align with our brand’s leading standards.

  • Performance Enhancement: Drive sales growth and exceed individual/team KPIs, while contributing to store success.

  • Solution Efficiency: Provide personalised troubleshooting for mobile/network queries, delivering quick, effective resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
