Salary & Working Hours £13.72 per hour + 15% on-target bonus (paid out monthly based on store performance) 20 hours per week, across 4 days, including weekends

Job Description
As a Retail Customer Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our store, delivering exceptional service to meet individual customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement:
- Create meaningful, positive experiences for every customer.
- Service Excellence:
- Tailor and promote our cutting-edge products and services effectively.
- Performance Enhancement:
- Drive sales and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as part of the team.
- Solution Efficiency:
- Resolve customer queries (mobile/network-related) quickly and accurately.
Qualifications & Skills
