Retail Customer Advisor (Kilmarnock) - 20 hours

Three Retail Customer Advisor

Location 6 King Street, Burns Mall Shopping Centre, Kilmarnock, United Kingdom, KA1 1LL

Salary & Working Hours £13.72 per hour + 15% on-target bonus (paid out monthly based on store performance) 20 hours per week, across 4 days, including weekends

Job Description

As a Retail Customer Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our store, delivering exceptional service to meet individual customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement:
    • Create meaningful, positive experiences for every customer.
  • Service Excellence:
    • Tailor and promote our cutting-edge products and services effectively.
  • Performance Enhancement:
    • Drive sales and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as part of the team.
  • Solution Efficiency:
    • Resolve customer queries (mobile/network-related) quickly and accurately.

Qualifications & Skills

We’re looking for ambition and passion—No prior technical knowledge required, as full training will be provided.
