Location: 6 King Street, Burns Mall Shopping Centre, Kilmarnock, UK (KA1 1LL)
Salary: £13.72 per hour + monthly 15% on-target bonus based on store performance
Working Hours: 20 hours per week across 4 days, including weekends

About the Role: Retail Customer Advisor
As a Retail Customer Advisor, you’ll deliver exceptional service to customers by understanding their needs and promoting our innovative products—all while working towards hitting sales targets as a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Deliver memorable interactions that leave customers feeling valued
- Service Excellence: Provide tailored guidance for our advanced products and mobile services
- Performance Enhancement: Achieve personal and store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by driving sales
- Solution Efficiency: Quickly resolve general mobile and network enquiries with personalised solutions
