Retail Customer Advisor Role
Location: 73 London Rd North, Lowestoft, United Kingdom, NR32 1LS
Salary: £13.72 per hour + 15% on-target bonus, paid monthly based on store performance Working Hours: 20 hours per week, over 4 days (including weekends)

The Role
As a Retail Customer Advisor, you will engage with customers, solve their challenges, and help drive sales for Three UK. No prior technical knowledge is required—just ambition, energy, and a customer-focused mindset. Full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional service through personalised interactions, ensuring customers feel valued and empowered.
- Service Excellence: Tailor and promote our cutting-edge products and services to meet unique customer needs.
- Performance Enhancement: Achieve personal and store KPIs by hitting sales targets and contributing to team success.
- Solution Efficiency: Provide prompt, impactful resolutions for mobile/network enquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
