Retail Customer Advisor (Rushden Lakes) - 30 hours

Job Title: Retail Customer Advisor


Three Retail Customer Advisor Location: Unit GS08, Rushden Lakes, Rushden, United Kingdom, NN10 6FH

Salary: £13.72 per hour + on-target bonus of 15%, paid out monthly based on store performance Working Hours: 30 hours per week, spread across 5 days, including weekend shifts (rotation basis)

Job Description

As a Retail Customer Advisor at Three UK, your role is pivotal in shaping the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Build lasting positive impressions by delivering meaningful, personalised interactions that make customers feel valued.
  • Service Excellence: Showcase our innovative products and services with care and enthusiasm, tailored to each customer’s unique needs.
  • Performance Driven: Achieve store and personal kpis by driving sales and meeting performance targets as part of a collegiate team.
  • Problem Solving: Deliver prompt, personalised solutions for general mobile or network enquiries, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
