Job Description
As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in the Entain family, delivering outstanding customer service while driving high standards daily. In our dynamic Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, no two days are alike. You’ll join a winning team that fosters strong customer relationships and ensures ** repeat custom**.
Salary: £13.00 per hour

What You Will Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support
- Promote safer gambling at every opportunity
- Take bets on sports and events, broadly across our product range
- Process customer transactions, including cash handling and payment processing
- Demonstrate products and betting terminals to customers
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy, applying problem-solving skills
- Work towards defined sales and service targets
- Uphold high retail standards
- Manage shop opening/closing duties

Work Patterns
Our shops operate:
- Monday to Sunday, with shifts typically running from 8am to 10pm (dependent on location)
- Including weekends and bank holidays
You’ll typically work a 10-hour weekly rota, consisting of a mix of:
- Longer opening or closing shifts
- Shorter evening shifts
- The rota may vary week-to-week
At Entain, we prioritise a healthy work-life balance and guarantee a meeting your rota at least four weeks in advance.
Qualifications & Experience
To succeed in this role, you must:
- Be 18 years or older to work in a betting shop
- Have previous experience in a customer-facing environment
- Possess confidence and skills in in-person customer interaction
- Demonstrate familiarity with cash handling and payment transactions
