Job Description
As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you’ll play a critical role at Entain, delivering unbeatable customer service and raising standards daily. Working in our dynamic Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, you’ll be part of a high-performing team where every day is different, and collaboration leads to success.
You’ll report to the Shop Manager, supporting a team focused on serving customers and fostering loyalty through strong relationships.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Always promote safer gambling.
- Take bets for various sports and events.
- Process all customer transactions, including cash handling.
- Help customers learn and understand our products and betting terminals.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and problem-solving.
- Meet and exceed defined business targets.
- Ensure the highest shop standards.
- Independently open, close, or balance the shop as required.

Work Patterns
Our betting shops operate Mon–Sun, 8am–10pm, dependent on location, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Typical weekly hours: 20 hours, combining:
- Longer opening/closing shifts
- Shorter evening shifts
- Rota planning: You’ll receive your exact schedule at least four weeks in advance.

Requirements
To thrive in this role, you’ll need: ✅ Be 18+ years old (required for betting shop roles). ✅ Prior experience in a customer-facing environment. ✅ Confidence to engage directly with customers. ✅ Knowledge of cash handling and payment transactions.
