As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in the Entain family. In our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, every day is exciting, challenging, and different. Dive into a team culture where collective success and putting customers first are core values.
You’ll be reporting to the Shop Manager, collaborating closely with the team to serve customers, build strong relationships, and encourage repeat custom.

£13.00 per hour
Responsibilities
Your Core Duties
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Always promote safer gambling practices
- Take bets across different sports and events
- Process customer transactions, including cash handling
- Demonstrate our betting terminals and products with clarity
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Contribute towards hitting defined sales targets
- Ensure the maintenance of high shop standards
- Oversee shop opening and closing duties

Work Patterns
- Shop Hours: Typically Monday to Sunday, 8am – 10pm, depending on location, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Weekly Rota: A mix of longer shift openings/closings and shorter evening shifts, averaging 20 hours per week. Rota varies week-to-week.
- Rotas will be shared with you at least four weeks in advance to ensure a sustainable work-life balance.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role (minimum eligibility):
- You must be 18 years or over.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing setting.
- A confident personality for interacting with customers in person.
- Experience with cash handling and payment processing.
