Job Description
As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you’ll play a key role in the Entain family, delivering outstanding customer service while driving standards daily. In our bustling Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, no two days are alike. You’ll join a winning team, collaborating to build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat custom.
Reporting to the Shop Manager, you’ll work closely with the shop team.
Salary: £13.00 per hour

What You Will Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Always urge safer gambling.
- Take bets on different sports and events.
- Process customer transactions, including cash handling.
- Help demonstrate our products and betting terminals to customers.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Work towards defined targets and financial objectives.
- Maintain high shop standards.
- Open or close the shop as required.

Work Patterns
Our shops typically operate:
- Monday to Sunday, 8am–10pm (location-based).
- Includes weekends and bank holidays.
A typical weekly rota is 20 hours, a blend of long opening/closing shifts and shorter evening shifts. Rotas will vary weekly.
At Entain, we prioritise a healthy work-life balance. Your rota will be provided at least four weeks in advance.
Qualifications & Requirements
To be successful:
- Must be 18 years or over to work in a betting shop.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing setting.
- Confident in face-to-face customer interactions.
- Familiality with cash handling and payment transactions.
