Retail Customer Service Manager – Ladbrokes & Coral

Role: Retail Customer Service Manager
As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you’ll play a critical part in the Entain family, delivering top-tier customer service while setting and maintaining high standards. In our dynamic Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops,.no two days are alike. You’ll build relationships with customers to foster loyalty, all while ensuring safe gambling practices.
Key Accountabilities:
- You’ll report to the Shop Manager as part of the retail team, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Minimum salary: £13.00 per hour.

About the Role
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Promoting safer gambling at every opportunity
- Taking bets across various sports and events
- Processing transactions, including cash handling
- Demonstrating betting products and terminals to customers
- Resolving complaints with empathy and problem-solving
- Supporting shop targets and sales objectives
- Maintaining high store standards (cleanliness, presentation)
- Opening/closing shifts as required
Work Patterns
- Shops operate Monday–Sunday (8am–10pm), depending on location (includes weekends/bank holidays).
- Weekly hours: Typically 10 hours, with a mix of long closing/opening shifts and shorter evenings.
- Rota notice: At least four weeks’ advance notice to balance work-life commitments.
Qualifications & Requirements

- Be 18 years or older
- Have customer-facing experience
- Be confident in person-to-person interactions
- Have cash handling/payment processing familiarity
