Job Description
As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you will play an important role in the Entain family, delivering top-notch customer service and driving high standards daily. In our exciting, dynamic Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, no two days are the same. You’ll join a team that works together, wins together, and always puts customers first.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Always promote safer gambling
- Take bets across various sports and events
- Process customer transactions, including cash handling
- Demonstrate our products and betting terminals to customers
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving
- Meet defined targets
- Maintain high store standards
- Open or close the shop
Work Patterns
Our shops operate Monday to Sunday (8AM–10PM), including weekends and bank holidays.
- Weekly hours: Typically 20 hours per week, blending:
- Longer opening or closing shifts
- Shorter evening shifts
- Rota flexibility: Rotas are provided at least four weeks in advance for a healthy work-life balance.
Qualifications & Requirements
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Be 18 or older to work in our betting shops
- Previous customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, or service industry preferred)
- Confidence in handling in-person customer interactions
- Familiarity with cash handling and payment transactions
