Job Description
As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you’ll play a key role in the Entain family, delivering top-tier customer service and driving daily performance standards. In our vibrant, dynamic Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, no two days are the same—and you’ll have the chance to be part of a team that wins together.
Reporting to the Shop Manager, you’ll work as part of the Shop team, serving customers and fostering relationships to encourage repeat custom.
Salary: £13.00 per hour

What You Will Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Always promote safer gambling
- Take bets on sports and global events
- Process customer transactions, including cash handling
- Demonstrate our betting products and terminals to customers
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Work towards and exceed defined sales targets
- Maintain high shop standards, including cleanliness and presentation
- Responsible for opening and closing the shop as required
Work Patterns
- Shops operate Monday to Sunday (8:00 AM - 10:00 PM), with variations depending on the location.
- Part-time role averaging 30 hours per week, split across:
- Long opening or closing shifts
- Shorter evening shifts
- Flexible but predictable scheduling: Your weekly rota will be confirmed at least four weeks in advance.
- Includes weekends and bank holidays.

QUALIFICATIONS
To succeed in this role:
- Must be 18+ years old to work in a betting shop
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential
- Confident working with customers in person
- Skilled in cash handling and payment processing
