Job Description
As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you’ll be an essential part of the Entain family, providing outstanding service and driving customer satisfaction. In our fast-paced Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, no two days are alike, and you’ll work alongside a team that collaborates, celebrates wins, and prioritises customer welfare.
Reporting to the Shop Manager, you’ll support customers, build relationships, and ensure repeat custom.
- Salary: £13.00 per hour

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a retail setting
- Promote safer gambling principles at all times
- Take bets across sports and events with accuracy
- Process customer transactions, including cash handling
- Demonstrate betting products and betting terminals to customers
- Resolve complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving
- Work towards defined sales and service targets
- Uphold high shop standards in presentation and operations
- Open or close the shop independently as required

Work Patterns & Expectations
- Shop Operating Hours: Typically 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM, Monday–Sunday, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Weekly Hours: 35 hours, blending long morning/closing shifts with shorter evening shifts.
- Rota Information: Provided 4 weeks in advance to support work-life balance.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you must:
✔ Be 18 years or older ✔ Have previous customer-facing experience ✔ Feel confident interacting with customers in person ✔ Be familiar with cash handling and payment systems
