Job Description
As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you’ll play a critical role in the Entain family, delivering world-class customer service while upholding industry-leading standards every day. In our exciting, high-energy betting shops, no two days are the same. You’ll contribute to a collaborative team that prioritises customer satisfaction, sportsmanship, and responsible gambling.
Reporting to Shop Manager, you’ll support and guide customers, fostering long-term loyalty and ensuring all interactions align with our values.
Salary: £13.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service skills with a smile.
- Actively promote responsible gambling in every interaction.
- Take and process bets on sports/events using intuitive betting terminals.
- Handle cash transactions and finances, maintaining strict security protocols.
- Offer clear advice on our products and betting systems to customers.
- Respond empathetically to customer concerns/complaints.
- Collaborate to consistently meet sales and service targets.
- Support the 시간ary standards of the betting shop, including cleanliness and compliance.
- Ensure secure opening/closing procedures of the shop.

Work Patterns & Flexibility
Our betting shops operate from Monday to Sunday, typically between 8 AM – 10 PM (shifts vary by location).
- Weekly hours: 10 hours, blended across long or short shifts.
- Weekend & bank holiday work: Applied as required.
- Rota system: Provided at least four weeks in advance for predictable scheduling.
- Balanced work-life: We prioritise predictable shift patterns to match our commitment to both you and our customers.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you must:
- Be 18+ years old (federally mandated for UK betting shops).
- Demonstrate experience in customer-facing roles.
- Exhibit strong personal confidence in one-on-one customer interactions.
- Be proficient in cash handling and transaction processing.
