Retail Customer Service Manager – Ladbrokes & Coral Betting Shops

As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you’ll deliver outstanding customer service, contribute to a dynamic team, and make a real difference in our betting shops. No two days are the same, and your work will contribute to maintaining the best standards for our customers—always putting them first.
Responsibilities
Your role includes:
- Delivering outstanding customer service
- Actively promoting safer gambling practices
- Taking bets on various sports and events
- Processing customer transactions, including cash handling
- Demonstrating our products and betting terminals to customers
- Handling customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Meeting defined targets and KPIs
- Ensuring high shop standards, including cleanliness and presentation
- Managing shop openings and closings

Work Patterns & Schedule
- Hours: Our betting shops operate Mon-Sun, 8am – 10pm, depending on location (including weekends and bank holidays).
- Weekly duties: A 20-hour weekly rota, blending long opening/closing shifts and shorter evening shifts.
- Flexibility: Rota will vary weekly, but we’ll provide yours at least four weeks in advance.
- Work-life balance: Entain prioritises a fair approach to schedule planning.
Qualifications & Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Have previous experience in a customer-facing setting
- Demonstrate confidence in interacting with customers in person
- Be familiar with cash handling and payment transactions
