Retail Customer Service Manager – Ladbrokes & Coral

Job Description
As a Retail Customer Service Manager, you’ll be integral to the Entain family, delivering exceptional customer service and upholding daily standards. In our dynamic Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops, no two days are the same. You’ll contribute to a team that works together, wins together, and prioritises customer satisfaction.
Reporting to the Shop Manager, you’ll play a key role in customer-facing operations, ensuring smooth settlements and foster long-lasting customer relationships.
Salary: £13.00 per hour

What You Will Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance satisfaction.
- Always encourage safer gambling policies.
- Take bets on various sports and events.
- Process customer transactions, including cash handling.
- Offer product demos and terminal guidance.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving.
- Meet defined sales and operational targets.
- Maintain high shop standards and hygiene.
- Handle shop opening/closing duties.
Work Patterns
- Shops are open Mon–Sun, 8am–10pm (hours may vary by location).
- Typically a 30-hour weekly rota, blending morning openings, closings, and evening shifts.
- Rotas published at least four weeks in advance to support a balanced work-life rhythm.
Qualifications & Requirements
To excel in this role, you must: ✔ Be 18 years or older. ✔ Have previous customer-facing experience. ✔ Show confidence interacting with customers in person. ✔ Be familiar with cash handling and payment transactions.
