Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef in the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Prepare and present fresh, seasonal dishes to a consistently high standard
- Supervise, support, and motivate junior kitchen team members
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
- Assist with menu development, stock control, and ordering
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment
About The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef looking to develop their skills within contract catering. You’ll gain exposure to high-volume retail service while progressing your culinary career in a structured and supportive team environment.
