Purpose of the Role
Reporting into the surveyor for the property, to interact with Retailers within the centre. The role is to ensure exemplary standards of service delivery and communication are provided to Retailers at all times. The main responsibility is to produce accurate retailer statistical data, ensuring a continuous review across all retailers operations. Accountable for the design and management of the centre’s retailer meetings plan, including mall meetings and major space users. Incorporating all actions and recording data to ensure all service targets are met and delivered at all times. The ultimate goal is to drive operational improvement; by building relationships with all centre retailers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver the centre’s retailer communications plan including newsletters, email updates, etc.
- Design, deliver, and collate retailer research data including the production of trend analysis reports from trading data.
- Deliver feedback to management meetings and departmental managers daily/as required regarding retailer updates and issues arising.
- Work closely with the Centre’s Tenants to increase attendance and participation.
- Work with external organizations and stakeholders to create opportunities for retailers to enhance service delivery by maximizing training, recruitment, and retention opportunities.
- Work alongside the Centre’s security teams and local police to maximize information sharing and crime prevention strategies.
- Assist the Marketing team in the recruitment and participation of retailers in centre-based events, promotion literature, and website.
- Maintain safe working practices in line with Centre Health and Safety policy.
- Maintain a smart appearance at all times, adhering to dress standards and uniform policy.
- Undertake any further duties or tasks as requested by Line Manager or Management team as appropriate.
- Work as part of the team, carry out duties willingly, and strive to deliver the core values: Creative, Bold, and Genuine.
- Communicate with colleagues and management as required and provide upward feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Attend all training and meetings as required. Take responsibility for your own training and achieve all mandatory development to enable high competency levels within your role.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
Essential:
- Knowledge of working at a strategic level within the Retail environment.
- Excellent presentation skills delivered to both management and operational teams to engage and motivate individuals.
- Knowledge of data analysis and production of accurate reports encompassing trends.
- Key attention to detail and demonstrate skills of producing/work with exceptional written and oral communication.
- Establish credibility using people management skills, demonstrating exceptional customer service qualities to achieve results under pressure.
- Analytical skills to influence management levels and develop excellence to internal and external customers.

Desirable:
- Ability to design and develop retailer research data and analyze enhanced reports.
- Knowledge of developing communications plans with retailers and management teams.
- Knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping – within a retail environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities and workloads.
- High development analyzing, influencing, and relationship management skills.
- Flexible, problem-solving, and remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to champion and support all business initiatives.
- High-level report writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised and use own initiative taking responsibility.
- Excellent Microsoft package skills, working in particular with Excel.
Working Hours
- 9am to 5pm
Salary
- £33-35k pa
