Retail Logistics Business Partner

Job Description 1.Conduct in-depth analysis of JD's retail e-commerce development strategy in Europe, accurately identify logistics business needs, and drive business development and potential exploration. Actively participate in retail business planning and design efficient, innovative logistics solutions to support retail growth. 2.Serve as the logistics representative for JD Logistics, establishing and maintaining close strategic partnerships with European retail teams. Provide comprehensive support to ensure stable and sustainable business development. Coordinate internal and external resources throughout project management to ensure smooth project execution. 3.Explore innovative collaboration models and build a logistics ecosystem. Work closely with the finance team to optimize service standards and pricing models based on service offerings, enhancing the overall retail logistics experience. 4.Build and improve internal organizational structures, efficiently coordinating resources across product lines and operational units to deliver high-quality, high-efficiency logistics services for retail. Lead project team formation and management, clearly define team roles and responsibilities, and oversee all project phases—including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure—to foster cross-functional collaboration and communication.
