Retail Manager – Livingston Location (All Level Experiences Welcome)

About the Role

Are you a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves working with customers? Skechers is looking for experienced managers in all levels of retail for opportunities at our Livingston location!

You’ll be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the store while managing daily operations and motivating your team to achieve their goals. What We’re Looking For

A strong candidate for this role will have:

  • Previous experience in managerial or supervisory roles
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities to resolve in-store issues efficiently
  • Highly organised personality to manage inventory, staffing, and daily operations
  • The ability to lead and motivate teams with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative environment
  • Strong sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets
  • Commitment to promoting teamwork and employee morale
