Retail Management Opportunities - Livingston

Retail Manager – Livingston Location (All Managerial Level Opportunities)

We are seeking natural leaders who thrive in fast-paced retail environments and enjoy working with customers to join our team at Skechers’ Livingston location.

About the Role

As a Retail Manager, you will:

  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the store
  • Oversee daily operations and staff scheduling
  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve performance goals
  • Maintain high sales targets and revenue growth

Key Responsibilities

Store Management

  • Drive sales and revenue while fostering a welcoming shopper experience
  • Monitor and improve customer satisfaction with training, inventories, and store layout
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and develop store associates
  • Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and morale
  • Address and resolve operational challenges with a problem-solving approach

  • Proactive attitude with a sales-oriented mindset to meet performance targets
