Retail Manager – Livingston Location (All Managerial Level Opportunities)
We are seeking natural leaders who thrive in fast-paced retail environments and enjoy working with customers to join our team at Skechers’ Livingston location.
About the Role
As a Retail Manager, you will:
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the store
- Oversee daily operations and staff scheduling
- Lead and motivate your team to achieve performance goals
- Maintain high sales targets and revenue growth
Key Responsibilities
Store Management
- Drive sales and revenue while fostering a welcoming shopper experience
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction with training, inventories, and store layout
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and develop store associates
- Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and morale
- Address and resolve operational challenges with a problem-solving approach

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in managerial or supervisory roles within retail

- Proactive attitude with a sales-oriented mindset to meet performance targets
- Dedication to maintaining a collaborative, customer-focused environment
