** Retail Manager**

Role Summary

We require a Retail Manager to support the Sales Manager in leading the Sales Team to provide an industry-leading customer experience to our new or used car customers, ensuring that they are presented with the best and most relevant information in order to assist them with a purchasing decision.


Key Responsibilities

Key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Analysis and interpretation of sales data to develop and implement a plan to improve performance across key metrics;
  • Oversight of compliance;
  • Driving the standard in customer care by reviewing and coaching the sales team;
  • Responsibility for delivering volume and gross profit targets.

Essential Criteria

Experience & Skills

  • Do you have management experience in a sales or target-driven environment?
  • Can you confidently lead, coach, and support a sales team to improve performance?
  • Are you comfortable taking ownership of daily performance, process control, and department standards?

Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent level of written and verbal communication
  • A passion for learning about new technology in a fast-moving environment
  • The ability to build a strong rapport with customers

Requirements

  • Experience at Sales Controller or above within the automotive sector (required)
  • Full training will be provided for the right candidates.

Eligibility Criteria

  • To be eligible for a company vehicle, you must be 19 years old and hold a full driving licence for a minimum period of 6 months.
