** Retail Manager**
Role Summary
We require a Retail Manager to support the Sales Manager in leading the Sales Team to provide an industry-leading customer experience to our new or used car customers, ensuring that they are presented with the best and most relevant information in order to assist them with a purchasing decision.
Key Responsibilities
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Analysis and interpretation of sales data to develop and implement a plan to improve performance across key metrics;
- Oversight of compliance;
- Driving the standard in customer care by reviewing and coaching the sales team;
- Responsibility for delivering volume and gross profit targets.
Essential Criteria
Experience & Skills
- Do you have management experience in a sales or target-driven environment?
- Can you confidently lead, coach, and support a sales team to improve performance?
- Are you comfortable taking ownership of daily performance, process control, and department standards?

Desired Qualifications
- Excellent level of written and verbal communication
- A passion for learning about new technology in a fast-moving environment
- The ability to build a strong rapport with customers
Requirements
- Experience at Sales Controller or above within the automotive sector (required)
- Full training will be provided for the right candidates.
Eligibility Criteria
- To be eligible for a company vehicle, you must be 19 years old and hold a full driving licence for a minimum period of 6 months.
