Retail Manager
Store Manager – Cheltenham Store, Retail Team

About the Role
As part of our dedication to exceptional customer service and customer flexibility, you’ll manage a varied shift pattern each week, including:
- Weekends
- Bank holidays
- Evenings (especially at busier stores)
You’ll lead by example and embody our company values to:
- Inspire and coach your team through change and challenges
- Develop a proactive mindset to investigate and resolve customer questions or complaints confidently
- Use customer feedback and trends to enhance satisfaction and loyalty while growing the business
