About the Role

We are seeking an inspiring, passionate, and visionary Retail Manager to join our Nespresso boutique in Westfield Stratford. Your mission will be to drive performance, optimise success, and elevate the customer experience, ensuring the boutique meets and exceeds commercial goals through exceptional leadership.

Your Impact

As the Retail Manager, you will oversee every aspect of the boutique’s operations, fostering a culture where every team member delivers an exceptional customer experience aligned with Nespresso’s values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate the boutique’s commercial objectives into actionable KPIs, setting clear targets for the team.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Arrange employee schedules to align with sales forecasts for optimal coverage.
  • Model exceptional service, creating an environment where every customer interaction is outstanding.
  • Advocate for passionate Nespresso brand ambassadors within the team.
  • Inspire and develop your team, ensuring they feel supported, motivated, and empowered to thrive.
  • Plan and deliver events to drive brand awareness and customer engagement (e.g., new product launches).
  • Ensure compliance and safety in all daily operations.

Your Ingredients for Success

To excel in this role, you’ll bring:

  • Proven retail leadership experience, ideally within premium or luxury retail.
  • A firm belief in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing diverse teams.
  • Passion for building an inclusive, positive team culture.
  • Strong HR management skills, including performance reviews, development planning, and employee relations.
  • Commercial acumen to analyse performance and implement strategies for results.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills (with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders).
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
