Your Impact
As the Retail Manager, you will be the captain of our boutique, leading its success day-to-day through:

- Delivering the full store’s daily operations with a steadfast focus on customer experience—driving customer satisfaction to exceed expectations at every turn.

- Translating the boutique’s commercial objectives into tangible KPIs, ensuring clear and actionable benchmarks.

- Optimising team scheduling based on sales forecasts to maintain full floor coverage and operational efficiency.
- Setting and maintaining an exceptional customer-focused culture—ensuring every guest interaction is marked by excellence.
- Planning events and promotions to drive real brand engagement, tapping into local communities and fostering deeper connections with our core customer base.
- Ensuring compliance with workplace safety policies and regulations in daily operations—aligning with our focus on sustainability and doing what’s right.

- Proven retail leadership experience—preferably in an environment mirroring Nespresso's premium positioning.
