Retail Manager - UK
We are looking for a Retail Manager - UK to join the dynamic Tom Dixon company and run our highly successful Flagship Store in Kings Cross, Coal Drops Yard, London. You will be passionate about our products and brand, a highly talented salesperson and always strive to deliver an exceptional experience to our customers. You also have experience dealing with an international customer profile.
This is a full-time role based at our Flagship Store in Kings Cross, with a flexible shift pattern across Monday-Sunday.

About the Role
As Retail Manager in the UK you will develop and drive Tom Dixon retail sales and customer experience in our flagship store. You’ll be an active hands-on sales ambassador, responsible for the successful day to day operation of our store and leading a team of sales executives from the front. You will also play in important part in our global retail strategy, developing and implementing new retail formats to be rolled out in selected international locations. Further, you will collaborate closely with our New York store and our wider direct-to-consumer Digital & Ecommerce team.

More specifically:
- Customer Experience: Focus on a client-centric approach by using strong product knowledge and sales data analysis to boost client conversion. Develop new in-store experiences and collaborate with marketing and digital teams on effective newsletters and promotions. Utilize CRM to build and maintain strong relationships and implement effective client outreach strategies. Ensure seamless after-sales support to improve the overall customer experience and strengthen client loyalty. This includes promptly addressing client issues and using communication techniques that make clients feel valued and understood.
- Sales: Be accountable for delivery of the sales budget. You will analyse sales, report on KPI’s and work with the merchandising & product teams to ensure the product offer you need is available and powerfully merchandised in store. In addition, you will work closely with the product development team to identify and highlight opportunities for future product releases.
- People: You will lead the retail sales team by example, ensuring they are motivated and supported to achieve their sales targets and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Operations: Implement best practice merchandising. Own stock accuracy & stock movements, ordering stock and executing bi-weekly store deliveries to ensure excellence in stock management. Be proactive in resolving any operational issues.
- Omnichannel: Work hand-in-hand with ecommerce, trade and marketing teams to deliver a seamless omnichannel and direct-to-consumer experience.
- Ambassador: Take full ownership of the store and build strong relationships with all key stakeholders in the UK and internationally.

- You are a seasoned Retail Manager within the luxury retail sector with a track record of delivering exceptional results both in terms of sales as well as customer satisfaction.
- Previous industry experience would be a plus, however, we value any previous experience within premium design or lifestyle brands.
- Emotionally Intelligent Leader: A self-aware and proactive professional with a positive can-do attitude who inspires and mentors others while possessing a hands-on approach to sales and problem-solving.
