The successful applicant will join a heritage brand that combines tradition, innovation, and high-quality timekeeping solutions across diverse price points.

Role Description

This full-time office-based role for a Retail Marketing Executive – Seiko, Lorus & Seiko Clocks focuses on driving retail marketing activity and brand visibility across key channels. The role involves planning and executing in-store and online marketing campaigns, coordinating promotions and product launches, and supporting retail partners with marketing assets and guidance. Day-to-day activity includes working closely with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and presentation. The position also requires maintaining strong relationships with retail customers, overseeing point-of-sale materials, and contributing to the development of strategies that enhance customer engagement and retail performance.

Role Requirements

  • Working with Retail and agency partners to deliver in-store display requirements for Seiko, Lorus and Seiko Clocks brands – from ordering small POS items to developing larger Shop in shop projects
  • Developing Visual Merchandising guides with Regional Development Executives and Sales teams to maximise in-store brand representation, reviewing RDE store visit reports for in-store marketing opportunities
  • Manage Photography & Digital assets: driving online brand presence through retailers’ websites, whether collating corporate content or arranging additional photography and artwork
  • Deliver Retailer Co-op marketing: creating product launch packs for website updates and delivering joint advertising
  • Additional activities where required e.g., Arranging Maidenhead Showroom display updates, Occasional London Boutique display assistance e.g., Christmas décor implementation

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • Candidates should possess skills in Retail Marketing and Retail Operations, with experience in executing campaigns and supporting retail environments with POS and displays
  • Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor campaign performance, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to build and maintain effective relationships with retail partners and stakeholders.
  • Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Relevant experience in watch, luxury, or consumer goods sectors is beneficial.
  • Ability to work effectively to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) is an advantage.
  • A relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

£30,000 - £32,000 pa

Job Type

Full-time, Permanent

This is an office-based role so applicants must be able to commute to Maidenhead. Some business travel may be required.
