About Us
This role is part of our Direct Sales team and brings the Miele brand and our Immer Besser promise to life across our Experience Centres. You'll lead impactful brand activations that drive growth, deepen customer engagement, and create exceptional experiences across every touchpoint. Your Responsibilities
- In close collaboration with internal departments, you will orchestrate premium in-store experiences and activations across Miele Experience Centres to drive customer engagement, traffic, and sales performance
- Through effective planning and execution, you will manage visual merchandising, in-store assets, and promotional activity to ensure a consistent and premium brand experience
- In partnership with local stakeholders and landlords, you will develop and maintain relationships that support strategic collaborations and increase local store traffic
- Using customer, category, and performance insights, you will identify opportunities to improve conversion, profitability, and overall marketing effectiveness
- In coordination with retail and marketing teams, you will develop and deliver quarterly and annual consumer marketing plans aligned with business objectives
- Through strong project management, you will coordinate promotional execution, retailer calendars, store events, and brand campaigns to maximise impact and customer reach
- Across Great Britain and Ireland, you will travel regularly to support Experience Centres, monitor performance, and implement initiatives that enhance customer experiences and commercial results

What We Are Looking For
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Retail Marketing, Events, or a similar customer-focused environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across departments and with external partners
- Experience using customer insights, performance data, and commercial information to support decision-making and deliver results
- Good Microsoft Office skills; experience with SAP or similar business systems would be advantageous
- A flexible and proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and delivering an “Immer Besser” level of service in everything you do

Additional Information
- This is a full-time, permanent position with a base location of Abingdon, Oxfordshire alongside frequent travel to our Experience Centres.
