We're partnering with a globally recognised media and communications business that is continuing to invest heavily in the growth of its Commerce division. As Retail Media continues to be one of the fastest-growing areas of digital advertising, they're looking to appoint a Retail Media Manager to support a portfolio of premium FMCG and beauty clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on one of the world's leading beauty brands, delivering best-in-class retail media campaigns across leading retailer advertising platforms while helping shape innovative commerce strategies.

The Opportunity

As a Retail Media Manager, you'll play a key role in managing and optimising retail media campaigns across multiple retailer platforms, working closely with both clients and internal specialist teams to deliver measurable commercial growth.

This role combines hands-on campaign activation with strategic client management, making it ideal for someone looking to develop their career within one of the fastest-growing specialisms in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, activate and optimise retail media campaigns across leading retailer advertising platforms.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships, providing strategic recommendations and performance insights.
  • Deliver campaign reporting, analysis and optimisation recommendations to maximise performance.
  • Identify opportunities to grow client accounts through innovation and data-led strategies.
  • Collaborate with Paid Search, Programmatic, Social and wider digital teams to deliver integrated media campaigns.
  • Manage campaign budgets and support financial reconciliation.
  • Mentor and support junior team members.
  • Build relationships with retailer and technology partners to stay ahead of industry developments.

  • Previous experience within Retail Media, Commerce Media, Amazon Advertising or eCommerce Media.
  • Experience managing and optimising digital media campaigns.
  • Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working within a media agency, digital agency or commerce environment.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • A passion for retail media and digital commerce.
