A well-known, fast-growing drinks brand is looking for an experienced Freelance Retail Media Manager to join their team on a contract basis and play a key role in planning and executing retail media campaigns that drive visibility and conversion at the point of purchase.
This role requires a commercially sharp, hands on specialist who can hit the ground running - owning retail media activity across key grocery and convenience retail partners.
Our client is looking for a proactive, independently-minded freelancer with deep expertise in retail media buying and a strong track record delivering results within an FMCG or drinks environment.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across retail media networks including Amazon Ads, Citrus, Nectar360, and Criteo Manage budgets and bid strategies to drive maximum return on retail media investment Analyse campaign performance data and translate insights into clear optimisation actions Work collaboratively with internal brand and trade marketing teams to align retail media with wider commercial objectives Report on campaign results against KPIs, providing clear and actionable recommendations

Skills & Experience: Proven retail media buying experience, ideally within FMCG, drinks, or consumer goods Hands-on platform experience across one or more retail media networks (Amazon Ads, Criteo, CitrusAd, Nectar360 or similar) Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, agile environment Available on a freelance/contract basis
Project Scope & Duration: ASAP start for 2-3 months initially Day Rate: TBC Location & Workplace Policy: Hybrid, London IR35 Status: TBC
