We’re hiring a Retail Media Account Manager - Eventing to help shape some of the most exciting moments in retail media 💄💫 This role sits at the heart of high-impact retailer events, from Prime Day to Black Friday, where smart planning, creativity and performance come together to drive real commercial results. You’ll work closely with clients, partners and internal teams to turn moments into momentum. Responsibilities

  • Owning the planning and delivery of retail media event campaigns, with a focus on Amazon.
  • Leading high-impact, time-bound campaigns that drive performance during key trading moments.
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with clients through clear communication and thoughtful guidance.
  • Collaborating with social, programmatic and other channel teams to deliver connected, off-site event strategies.
  • Managing event budgets and ensuring accurate, smooth billing and financial processes.
  • Delivering post-event reporting with clear insights, learnings and recommendations for future activity.
  • Partnering closely with Amazon to explore new formats, opportunities and innovations for Tier 1 and Tier 2 events.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

  • Hands-on experience planning and managing Amazon event campaigns, ideally including Tier 1 moments.
  • A strong understanding of Amazon’s full-funnel ecosystem, including DSP and audience strategy.
  • Confidence working with data to optimise performance and tell a clear, compelling story.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at different levels.
  • A collaborative mindset, with experience supporting or leading others in a team environment.
  • Comfort using Excel and PowerPoint to analyse results and present insights.
  • Curiosity and motivation to keep learning as retail media and commerce continue to evolve.
