What will you be doing?
We are hiring a Retail Media Account Manager to join Publicis Commerce at an exciting stage of growth. This is an opportunity to help shape the future of commerce, working with leading brands to create impactful retail media strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. You'll partner with clients, retailers, and talented specialists across the agency to deliver innovative campaigns and unlock new opportunities in a fast-evolving landscape. Responsibilities
What you'll be doing
- Lead the delivery and optimisation of retail media campaigns across major retail and commerce platforms, ensuring outstanding performance and client results.
- Build strong client relationships through clear communication, trusted partnership, and proactive account management.
- Develop growth plans and innovation roadmaps that help clients achieve their commerce and business objectives.
- Analyse campaign, market and industry performance to uncover insights and provide strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated digital marketing solutions and maximise effectiveness across channels.
- Ensure campaign accuracy, financial reconciliation and reporting excellence through robust quality assurance processes.
- Build expertise through ongoing learning and develop strong partnerships with key retailers and technology providers across the retail media ecosystem.
Qualifications
Skills we're looking for
- Experience managing retail media or digital advertising campaigns, ideally within an agency, retailer or commerce-focused environment.
- Knowledge of retail media platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Epsilon Retail Media, Criteo or similar solutions.
- Strong understanding of digital media, search strategy, consumer behaviour, attribution and conversion optimisation principles.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders, communicating confidently at all levels.
- A strategic and commercially minded approach, with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Experience supporting, mentoring or leading colleagues and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
- Confidence working with data and presenting findings through clear, engaging recommendations and reports.
