This is a great opportunity to be part of something new. Grace & Co is a marketing, commerce and retail media consultancy that helps some of the UK and Europe's most recognised retailers build and scale their Retail Media Networks.
We're now looking for Sales Managers to take those networks to market, representing our retailer clients directly to agencies and driving advertiser spend across their RMNs.
About the Role
You'll be the face of Grace & Co's retail media networks in the market, working on behalf of major UK retailers to sell their RMN inventory to media agencies, trading desks, and brand advertisers. This is largely a managed IO sell today, with moves towards programmatic solutions across onsite, offsite, and in-store placements.
You'll have real autonomy in this role with amazing support from a team of experienced sales people and the Grace & Co Retail Media consultancy team (who are legends). You'll define your own approach, build your own pipeline, and help create the frameworks and processes that underpin a scalable sales operation. If you thrive on ownership and want to see the direct impact of what you build, this is the role for you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We're Looking For
- A proactive, driven, and commercially sharp salesperson with 3-5 years' experience selling digital media to UK agencies, ideally with strong holdco connections
- Someone who gets genuinely excited about building something new, not maintaining something established
- A solid understanding of how UK media agencies operate which includes (but not limited to) planning cycles, trading relationships, IO vs programmatic buying paths
- Experience selling both managed service and programmatic campaigns; understanding of the retail media landscape is a strong plus
- Proven ability to open doors, build trust quickly, and convert pipeline into revenue
- Comfortable with ambiguity as you'll be helping setting up processes, not inheriting them
- Entrepreneurial spirit and the hunger to make this category your own
- The ability to act quickly, learn fast, and adapt on the go
