Serious Stuff Limited
Serious Stuff Limited is a sports clothing company based in East Sheen in SW14. We work with many schools and sports clubs to provide bespoke design sports apparel. We are a small team of approximately 10 and are currently seeking a Retail / Office Assistant.
Job Overview
A retail assistant is responsible for assisting customers, handling transactions, and contributing to the overall success of our sports apparel business. This role involves a combination of customer service, product knowledge, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greet customers and provide assistance in a friendly and approachable manner
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment securely

Stocking and Merchandising
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to the team
Store / Office Maintenance
- Maintain orderliness of the premises
Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with other team members and communicate effectively
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an excellent work ethic
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Working Hours and Salary
Our working hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday with 20 days paid holiday per annum, plus bank holidays. This role is office based, 5 days a week.
Salary from £26,500 per annum, according to experience.
Additional Information
Candidates should be looking for a long-term position, be reliable, and eligible to work in the UK.
