Retail Operations Coordinator
RETAIL OPERATIONS COORDINATOR Wimbledon - Hybrid working | Full‑time
As Retail Operations Coordinator, you will play a fundamental role in keeping the day‑to‑day retail business running smoothly. Supporting key UK retail accounts.
You will work closely with National Account Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure all commercial, promotional, and operational processes are executed accurately and on time. This is an ideal role for someone who is highly organised, detail‑driven, and proactive, with the ambition to build a long‑term commercial career in retail operations and account management.
THE ROLE

As our Retail Operations Coordinator, you will take ownership of core retail administration and operational execution. While this role is hands‑on and process‑driven, it is business‑critical and offers clear exposure to how National Account Management works in practice.
Reporting into the National Account Manager, you will support multiple retail accounts and work cross‑functionally with Sales, Brand, Commercial Excellence, Finance, and external retail partners.
Account operations & execution Support National Account Managers with retailer administration, including range reviews, trackers, stand layouts, planograms, introductions, and discontinuations Create, submit, and manage new line forms, NPD documentation, and retailer submissions Coordinate samples for key product launches Support the implementation of promotional plans and calendars, ensuring all retailer requirements and deadlines are met Coordinate and check promotional stripping, headers, and in‑store activity by account Support the submission and evaluation of account‑specific promotions and commercial proposals

Data, reporting & analysis Maintain and update EPOS, stock, and promotional trackers across accounts Analyse EPOS sales data and provide ad‑hoc analysis to support decision‑making Maintain accurate sales databases, including product codes and barcodes Carry out regular store and pricing checks Code, check, and process merchandising invoices
Stakeholder & partner collaboration Work closely with retail partners and distributors on promotions, listings, stock levels, and day‑to‑day queries Use retailer online systems to ensure data accuracy and manage overstocks or potential returns Deliver ad‑hoc reporting requested by retailers and internal stakeholders
YOU ARE A COTY FIT You are someone who enjoys being at the heart of the operation — organised, reliable, and motivated to take ownership. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities, working across shared resources, and navigating competing deadlines in a fast‑paced retail environment.
You bring: Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Proven ability to manage deadlines and prioritise effectively A proactive mindset — you don’t wait to be asked Confidence working with data, processes, and systems A strong interest in Sales, Retail Operations, or Commercial roles Excellent organisational, coordination, and communication skills Advanced Excel capability and strong working knowledge of Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint A collaborative, team‑oriented approach with long‑term career focus
