Retail Optical Assistant
Optical Assistant – David Clulow Opticians

What You’ll Do
This is a hands-on, people-focused role where premium service really matters:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Welcome customers and understand their needs
- Guide them through our curated selection of designer frames and lenses
- Support fittings and adjustments
- Learn how to fit, adjust, and care for luxury eyewear
- Ensure every customer leaves perfectly satisfied
- Assist in high-quality eye care
- Support pre-screening and optical processes using advanced testing technologies
- Maintain impecable standards
- Contribute to daily store operations, visual standards, and administration
- Maintain a refined retail environment
