Retail Optical Assistant
Optical Assistant – Premium Eye Care & Fashion

The Role
This is a people-driven, hands-on role where sending customers away smiling is your priority:
- Deliver luxury customer experiences – Welcome clients with warmth, listen deeply to their needs, and guide them expertly through curated designer frames, lenses and stylish eyewear.
- Optical mastery & precision – Learn to fit, adjust, and care for premium eyewear, ensuring every customer leaves perfectly satisfied and stylishly equipped.
- Advanced eye care support – Assist in pre-screening and optical tests using cutting-edge diagnostic equipment to provide the best vision advice.
- Uphold uncompromising standards – Contribute to daily store excellence, including visual merchandising, impeccable presentations and seamless operations.
