Responsibilities
- Deliver confident, personalised customer service with expert product advice
- Learn to adjust frames, assist with fittings, and carry out minor repairs
- Support prescreening eye tests using the latest optical technology
- Maintain smooth store operations through administrative and support tasks

- Confident and engaging with customers, .product-recommending expertise
- Passion for eyewear and style, comfortable using digital tools
- Strong team player with a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills, attuned to customer needs
