Location: Selfridges, Trafford Centre
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (flexible rota)

We're excited to be recruiting for a Retail Personalisation & Embroidery Supervisor to join our team at our flagship concession in Selfridges, Trafford Centre.

About the Role
As our Retail Personalisation & Embroidery Supervisor, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of our busy retail concession, ensuring every customer receives a premium shopping experience while leading the live production of personalised gifts.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll balance customer service, team leadership, embroidery production, and operational excellence.

No previous experience with Wilcom embroidery software? No problem! Full training will be provided.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the daily operations of our Selfridges concession and supporting your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Creating personalised embroidery artwork using Wilcom software (full training provided).
- Operating and maintaining commercial embroidery machines to produce personalised gifts while customers shop.
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure every product meets our high standards.
- Helping customers choose fonts, thread colours, and personalisation options to create the perfect gift.
- Managing stock levels and ensuring production materials are always available.
- Handling cash, processing transactions, and completing daily opening and closing procedures.
- Supporting staff scheduling and maintaining excellent operational standards throughout the concession.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:

- An experienced Supervisor or Team Leader with at least 1–2 years' experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Organised, proactive, and confident leading a small team.
- Comfortable learning new systems and digital design software.
- Hands-on, with a keen eye for detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- Flexible to work a 37.5-hour rota, including weekends and late shifts until 10:00pm in line with Selfridges opening hours.
Experience with embroidery machines or Wilcom software is an advantage but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
