The Role
As a Product Pricing Manager within our Retail Commercial team, you'll take ownership of pricing analysis and strategy across our full retail range, working across more than 50,000 SKUs and monitoring price positions that can shift daily. This is a highly analytical role sitting at the intersection of data, commercial insight, and stakeholder influence, where your work will directly shape pricing decisions across every category in the business.
Day to day, you'll be running SQL queries, analysing CPI movements, tracking the impact of price investments and promotions, and building and maintaining Power BI reporting that gives category heads and directors a clear, accurate picture of where we stand competitively. You'll liaise regularly with stakeholders at all levels, so the ability to present data confidently, question assumptions, and land clear recommendations with senior audiences is just as important as the technical side.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
